TV personality and fitness advocate Calum Best has sent customers of a Northern Ireland juicing business into a swoon as he appeared on social media with a bottle of Immune Support juice created by entrepreneur and nutritional advisor Kathie McCausland, founder of Perfectly Pure Juices.
The former Celebrity Big Brother, Love Island and Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins star, took to social media on Thursday to share his enthusiasm for the juice, which is packed with garlic, ginger, lemon, turmeric, and black pepper - key ingredients known for their immune-boosting properties.
The 44-year-old Californian entrepreneur is the founder of Ixchel London, patron of the National Association for Children of Alcoholics (Nacoa), founder of Big Putts Ibiza, chairman of Dorking Wanderers FC for Women and is a passionate advocate for health and wellbeing. And, this week, he took to his Instagram @mrcalumbest, to share that he was excited to be trying the juice produced in County Tyrone.
He said to his nearly one million followers: “So many of you will know that I love my juices, and I have the pleasure of trying this Perfectly Pure juice today, made with love by Kathie McCausland, who is sister to my good friend Dezzi.
“She is based in Northern Ireland but delivers all over the UK. The one I am trying today is Immune Support, which has garlic, ginger, lemon, turmeric, and black pepper in it. That will leave me with some breath for sure, but it’s worth it for the healthy cause!

Kathie, who won the 2025 Mighty Women NI Awards, Inspirational Woman of the Year title, works alongside her son Josh, 21, and the Perfectly Pure team in Dungannon Enterprise Centre in Dungannon. Kathie said: “I am blown away by Calum’s kindness. He is such a gentleman. Posting a video like that was such a lovely thing for him to do. Calum knows the story behind my business, and it struck a chord with him.
“I developed the Immune Support juice eight years ago in a heartfelt effort to help my father, who was battling terminal lung cancer at the time. I think my late father would be smiling today that Calum Best was posting about the juice that was originally created to help him.
